Retained Searches: Reserved for placements requiring the utmost urgency. This performance based search process also creates a partnership, with a shared risk. Our fee is typically paid during the search process. Our retained search process expedites any client’s need for intuitive, field-based recruiting techniques and applies proven methods for attracting the best talent available within a focused time frame.

Retained search (Executive Search) enables you to confidentially explore candidates who would not otherwise be identified by advertisements, job postings, or employment agencies. Retained executive search is a selective recruiting technique that sources candidates through direct means. In this method, senior candidates are attracted who are happy and successful in their careers and are not typically aggressively looking for a new opportunity by sending their resumes to job postings (Internet).

The primary advantage to a Retained Search is that it will provide your company with a dedicated team of consultants who contact potentially qualified candidate to discuss your opportunity.

FEE SYSTEM (SAMPLE)

Human Associates’ fee system is based on an agreed upon percentage of the candidates proposed salary, including monetary benefits.  Through a retainer contract, typically fees are to be paid in three (3) installments over the period of the search/placement.
