Japanese individuals are increasingly viewing job change as an effective means to advance their career, especially since the 1990s as the domestic (Japan) employment market has undergone dramatic changes. This change trend is due to an increase of foreign companies in the market, employment system reform, and changes in worker attitudes.  For their part, companies increasingly demand high-caliber workers that do not require extensive training, and are increasingly interested in making use of temporary dispatched workers to boost efficiency.  We believe that Human Associates Group (HA Group) will play an ever more important role in this changing environment going forward.

Organization / Functions

The HA group has grown to become a business enterprise consisting of five units: our core business, HUMAN ASSOCIATES, which was established in 1996 as an executive and professional search firm; A – HUMAN, a web-based recruiting agency; HUMAN FRONTIER, which provides career-related counseling for employees.

Furthermore we aim to become a comprehensive provider of human resources solutions by partnering with outside specialist firms to expand our services to include human resources consulting, employee training, and other related services. We have also established a Marketing Development Office to support the wide range of services we aim to offer clients.
