To effectively implement a successful recruitment campaign, our Business Development Group will host a meeting with the client and a Human Associates’ lead search consultant of the particular search project, to gain a full understanding of corporate needs.  A detailed proposal is devised; outlining the recommended steps to be taken and a fee structure is established.  We will provide to the client with a detailed synopsis of the job duties and candidate specifications, as we understand them.
